how to remove sub-total in cross tab report in crystal report

Goto Section Expert of Cross tab report. You can open this section by right click on left upper corner (which is blank) of the cross tab & select cross tab expert. now go to Customize Style tab in opened dialogue box. Check mark Suppress Subtotal under Group Options.
This should solve your problem.
