To write square meter in excel, you need to follow up below said steps;
1. Write M3 in Cell of the excel sheet.
2. Select only "3" in the cell.
3. Leave it as selected & now go to menu bar format. Click on Cell.
4. One option is available in opened User Interface which is under the Effect group.
5. Select "Superscript" and click ok.
By the same way, you can write more.
